After a rogue April snowstorm deposited over a foot of snow in Vermont, and an earthquake followed the very next day, we are now gearing up for the total solar eclipse on Monday. Nature is calling us to turn off the attention seducing devices and sit with what is actually happening all around us. I will be sitting on the earth with all senses attuned to the momentary changes as we approach totality. I plan to embrace a tech free day and find a quiet spot to be fully present. I will be listening for the silencing of the birds, sensing for a drop in temperature and looking towards the horizons as I take in the fullness of the eclipse.
Welcome to Simply Bee VT!
